Welcome to the Show

Welcome to The Show is an Experimental film that focuses on the objectification of drag/nightlife performers. Viewers, intentionally or unintentionally, see us performers as objects and forget there is a person outside of this "spectacle". I wanted to show this nonlinear process, to show you what I want you to see. Only allowing small glimpses, teasing you. I will experience the euphoric/frustrating/mundane feelings of the process/practice, and you will not. The best way I can summarize this is, "You don't own me, I'm the one who permits you to share this experience with me".
